Further Hip-hop audience research

Our ideal audience for the genre of hip-hop is the teenage age group and more specifically among male teenagers. Our ideal audience member would be in his late teens and still in education, we would expect him to listen to a lot of hip-hop and watch a lot of music videos on MTV or channel aka and these are the channels that tend to show hip-hop music videos. Their interests would be quite rebellious (like the genre itself) so he would be into his drinking and going out and would be more social than normal people. his dress sense would also be quite rebellious with baggy jeans, baggy hoody and most probably a flat peak in order to display their interests through his dress sense. They would buy albums on itunes instead of a single song of itunes because he listens to specific artists instead of a lot of random songs by different artists. The reason he chooses itunes is because it is easy to use and he would be good with technology. He may also illegally download music through youtube converters.
